FREE SHIPPING ON ALL AUSTRALIAN ORDERS

Sarong Hut posts from Sydney, Australia on business days. Most orders are posted within 24 hours of your order and we use regular Australia Post. 

We provide a parcel post number for orders containing more than one sarong and for single item orders, we use a regular envelope without a tracking number, in order to keep costs down and provide a no fuss, free postage service.

Postage can typically take 2 – 4 business days depending on your location within Australia ie regionally or within a metro area.

*Please note: For Western Australia and remote or rural areas, Australia Post delivery can sometimes take 5-7 business days.

Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization or issues with Australia Post. We accept no responsibility for any loss or damage to goods occurring in transit.

$15 FLAT-RATE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Expected Delivery Time:

For all international shipping, we use Australia Post. Estimated shipping time generally ranges from 3 days to 10 days.

Delivery time cannot be guaranteed by Sarong Hut, however we do our best to get all orders processed ASAP.

Orders received before 1pm AEST on Monday – Friday will be sent the same day; subsequent orders are sent out the next business day. Any delays after this point will be out of our control and will be due to delays through Australia Post. Australia Post do NOT operate on Saturday and Sundays.

If upon checkout your Country is not listed, please contact us at hello@saronghut.com.au and we will process the order for you directly.

 

Returns & Exchange Policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@saronghut.com.au and send your item to: 12 Phillip Ave, Seaforth NSW 2092 AUSTRALIA

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
